Abu Dhabi City Municipality extends its highest gratitude and appreciation to Her Highness Sheikha Fatima bint Mubarak, Chairwoman of the General Women's Union, President of the Supreme Council for Motherhood and Childhood, and Supreme Chairwoman of the Family Development Foundation (Mother of the Nation), for her pioneering role in leading the advancement of Emirati women. Her Highness has provided everything necessary to fulfill their aspirations and has opened avenues for their participation, enabling Emirati women to become a model for Arab and global societies in contributing to community building and strengthening the foundations of the state and its institutions through their involvement in all fields and honorable tasks.
This was expressed during the municipality's celebration of Emirati Women's Day in recognition of their efforts and role in enhancing comprehensive development.
As part of this initiative, Abu Dhabi City Municipality welcomed its female employees at the municipality's gates with flowers and well-wishes for continued success, progress, and happiness, sharing in their joy on this special occasion.
The committee responsible for the Emirati Women's Day celebration also visited the female employees at their offices, offering them symbolic gifts as a token of appreciation for their efforts and contributions to serving the community and bringing happiness to its members.
Additionally, the municipality expressed its pride in the achievements of Emirati women during the celebration and recognized their vital role and outstanding contributions to the country's development and in building the nation's pillars across all sectors.
And In recognition of the importance of Emirati women's contributions and their role in the country's development and progress, and in appreciation and honor of their support for the nation's successes both domestically and internationally, the Abu Dhabi City Municipality organized a celebratory event at Dalma Mall through the Mussafah Municipality Center, in conjunction with Dalma Mall, Al seef Beauty Clinic, and Harriet Beauty Center, to coincide with Emirati Women's Day.
As a tribute to Emirati women's influential and distinguished role in the UAE's journey of development and progress across all fields, panel discussions were held featuring three Emirati leaders from various domains. They shared insights into their successful career paths and inspiring experiences, aiming to encourage the younger generations to strive for excellence and innovation in their careers, thus advancing the wheel of development and progress.
Additionally, various gifts were distributed to the participating women at the event and to many Emirati women visitors of Dalma Mall , aimed at bringing joy to the hearts of women on Emirati Women's Day.
