To foster a sense of community and encourage participation, the Abu Dhabi City Municipality, in collaboration with the Mohammed Bin Zayed City Municipal Community Center, conducted an awareness campaign titled "I Am Aware." This campaign, which targeted visitors of "My Town Center" from Mohammed Bin Zayed City residents, aimed to inform and introduce them to the city's development projects. The campaign was a joint effort with My Town Center.
The campaign lasted for five consecutive days, during which city residents were provided with detailed information about the development projects that have been or are being implemented in the city. These projects, such as sports tracks for walking and cycling, the establishment of the Mohammed Bin Zayed City Event Square, and parks in residential neighborhoods, are designed to significantly enhance the quality of life, bring happiness to community members, and contribute to increasing public satisfaction with the services provided by the municipality.
Various educational workshops were organized during the campaign, introducing the Municipal Community Centers and their roles. Presentations were displayed on the screen in the Municipal Community area in Mohammed Bin Zayed City, highlighting the city's projects. Additionally, residents were educated on the importance of maintaining the projects and public facilities created to serve and bring happiness to the city's residents and visitors.
Municipality employees tried to gather public opinions about the completed projects in the city and the potential projects and services that could be developed to improve the town further and meet the needs and aspirations of its residents. They also encouraged "My Town Center" visitors to participate in the Quality-of-Life Survey and the Municipal Community Surveys (City Trader – Talents – Needs).
