To enhance institutional knowledge sharing and develop effective strategies to ensure its sustainability, Abu Dhabi City Municipality, through the Strategic Planning and Performance Management Sector, organized a specialized workshop on "Knowledge Management." This topic is considered one of modern institutions’ most essential success factors and is vital in strengthening organizational competitiveness.
The workshop was attended by a group of senior officials from the Municipality, along with experts and specialists in knowledge management. It presented the latest global practices, modern technologies, and digital solutions that improve information management and enhance knowledge sharing between employees and departments.
