To bring joy to the community and support young entrepreneurs and productive families, Abu Dhabi City Municipality, through the Municipal Community Center – Shakhbout City, is organizing the Community Market event, "Our Market Brings Us Together," in Shakhbout City from February 13 to 28, 2025. The event is being held in collaboration with several strategic partners, including the Abu Dhabi Police General Headquarters, Abu Dhabi Civil Defense Authority, Abu Dhabi Rehabilitation Center, Emirates Heritage Club, Al Ahliya Hospital, and Talaat Medical Center.
The event aims to provide diverse recreational and educational programs to delight families in a winter atmosphere within the municipality’s community facilities while supporting young entrepreneurs and productive families. Abu Dhabi City Municipality has allocated 30 kiosks in the market to display various products from productive family projects, offering visitors a unique shopping experience.
Visitors can also enjoy daily activities organized in collaboration with strategic partners, featuring educational and entertainment programs on stage and gifts and prizes for participants. The event will include military band performances, cultural shows by traditional groups, police dog demonstrations, and several awareness workshops for the community.
The Community Market reflects the municipality’s commitment to fostering a vibrant, inclusive, and supportive environment for residents and entrepreneurs, enhancing community engagement, and promoting local talent.
