In collaboration with Madinat Zayed Municipality Center, the Abu Dhabi City Municipality has rolled out the "Back to School" and "My School Bag" initiatives. These initiatives showcase the municipality's enthusiasm in ushering in the new academic year, motivating students to excel, innovate, show resilience, and experience joy.
This concerted effort underpins the municipality's dedication to strengthening community ties and fostering cooperative relationships across various sectors. The municipality consistently partakes in diverse events, reinforcing community unity and championing values of generosity and tolerance.
With partnerships from Al Ittihad Private School, Sharjah American School, and Rabdan School, the "Back to School" initiative warmly welcomed students on their inaugural school day. The campaign motivates them for the upcoming year, gifts them symbolic presents, and extends heartfelt wishes for the fresh academic cycle, intending to spread cheer and positivity.
The initiative strives to solidify meaningful connections with educational institutions, infusing happiness from the first day. This involves classroom visits where students receive motivational cards and pencil cases to kickstart their year.
Concurrently, the "My School Bag" initiative, executed with Lulu Hypermarket, ensured students were equipped with essential school supplies. Especially focusing on Rabdan and Shakhbout City, underprivileged students received these school bags, amplifying the campaign's goal of nurturing a proactive community partnership. It's a drive to ensure every student feels celebrated and motivated as they embark on their academic pursuits, feeling a surge of happiness and contentment.
