Abu Dhabi City Municipality recently held an educational workshop called "The Little Farmer" at the Formal Park on Abu Dhabi Island, children and individuals of determination are a primary focus for visitors. This fun learning workshop was planned by the City Municipality Center for People of Determination. The workshop's big idea was to get people involved in farming, showing everyone how it makes our city more beautiful and helps keep our environment healthy.
Together with Lotus Flower Center, Friends of the Environment Society, Al Ain Water Company, and Abu Dhabi Waste Management Company (Tadweer), the workshop offered awareness tips about why we need more green areas and how recycling can keep our city clean and nice-looking.
But that's not all! The kids who came to the workshop also got their hands dirty. They planted lots of little plants and seeds in the park's garden areas. There were even experts who explained how to plant right and make sure the plants grow well.
