The risk assessment model for building and construction projects was prepared to comply with the HSE requirements for some building and construction permits that concerning small and simple projects (e.g. small addition works for existing residential buildings/villas, maintenance works, decoration and modifications works, soil tests works, dewatering works ) through the electronic platform of building and construction permits.
This model aims to identifying hazards of the project, and setting clear strategy for controlling risks by implementing control measures, precautions, and explicit instructions and guidelines for all workers, in addition to provision of appropriate HSE elements to avoid these risks.
