General Requirements for Using Al Ain City Municipality Theater
- The user must strictly adhere to the theater’s maximum capacity of 600 persons. Exceeding this limit under any circumstances is prohibited. The theater management reserves the right to suspend the event in the interest of public safety.
- The user is responsible for preserving the theater’s facilities and assets and maintaining cleanliness throughout the duration of use.
- The user must ensure that designated spaces for People of Determination are not occupied, in respect of their rights and to ensure ease of access and movement.
- Bringing food and beverages into the theatre hall is strictly prohibited for both the user and attendees. Exceptions apply to pre-approved hospitality items such as water, Arabic coffee, and dates, which may be served exclusively to VIP seating areas upon prior coordination with the theater management.
- The use of fireworks or soap-based effects inside the theater hall is strictly prohibited to safeguard the safety of the audience and the venue.
- The user bears full responsibility for obtaining all necessary permits and approvals for the event from the relevant authorities and must comply with all health, safety, and security regulations issued by the concerned entities and the theater’s security team.
- The user is solely responsible for receiving and addressing visitor complaints during the event and is considered the primary party responsible for ensuring audience satisfaction and maintaining the quality of the experience.
- The user must submit valid identification for all administrative and technical staff, as well as IDs of contractors’ personnel, accompanied by a valid trade license. All contractor personnel must be officially employed or seconded by their companies. This is required to process access permits to the theater facilities during the preparation period.
- The user and attendees must fully respect the UAE’s national customs, cultural traditions, Islamic values, and legally approved religious standards. Any actions that violate public order or decency during the event are strictly prohibited.
- The theater management reserves the full right to suspend the event if the user fails to comply with the approved general requirements for using Al Ain City Municipality Theater. In such cases, the management holds no financial or legal obligations toward the user.
